Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Orders That Have Been Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may contact us regarding any delivery concerns after receiving your order.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided for digital products, including downloadable resources, eBooks, online courses, or other digital content, all digital product sales are final.

Once access has been granted, digital purchases cannot be canceled or refunded except where required by applicable law.

Subscription Services

If you purchase a subscription:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
• Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges.
• Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Company-Initiated Cancellations
